Pro Insulation exists because Kris and Jan got tired of seeing the same corners cut on every Australian retrofit. They combined a decade of on-the-tools UK construction experience with German building-science rigour and started over.
Kris joined the family construction firm in London in 2013, coordinating thermal performance and building envelopes on residential projects across the UK. He moved that playbook to Melbourne in 2019.
Jan graduated from engineering school in Aachen in 2014 and spent five years in German building-science before joining Kris to put proper thermal specifications behind every Pro Insulation quote.
