Manufacturer certifications, on-the-tools mentoring, and a documented path from trainee to install lead.
Lead and support installs across ceiling, underfloor, and wall batts. Clean workmanship is non-negotiable. Own transport and a valid licence essential.
Own the digital quoting workflow. Turn LiDAR imagery, site notes, and product specs into fixed, itemised quotes the client can accept online. Remote-first with occasional site visits.
Entry-level role for someone keen to learn. We'll pair you with a senior installer and get you certified. Construction or trade background helps but is not essential.
